Red Raspberry Leaf
One of the best-known herbs in traditional women's herbalism. Raspberry leaf has long been used to support menstrual and uterine wellness and is a natural source of beneficial plant compounds and minerals.
Peppermint Leaf
Cooling and refreshing, peppermint has traditionally been used to support digestion and ease occasional digestive discomfort — especially welcome when your monthly cycle leaves your stomach feeling less than cooperative.
Chamomile Flowers
A gentle, calming herb traditionally used to encourage relaxation and support digestive comfort. It's a lovely addition for those days when both your body and mind could use a little softness.
Hibiscus
Beautifully tart and responsible for that gorgeous crimson color. Hibiscus is naturally rich in antioxidants and gives the blend its bright, fruity character.
Lemon Balm
Traditionally used for relaxation, emotional well-being, and digestive support. Lemon balm brings a gentle citrusy note and a little calm to an otherwise uncomfortable day.
Fennel Seed
A classic digestive herb traditionally used for occasional bloating, gas, and digestive discomfort. Its naturally sweet, slightly licorice-like flavor adds warmth and depth to the blend.
Red Rose Buds
More than just beautiful! Rose has a long history in traditional herbalism and is often associated with emotional wellness and gentle digestive support. It also adds a delicate floral character to every cup.
White Willow Bark
Traditionally used for occasional aches and discomfort. White willow naturally contains salicin-related compounds, which is why it has such a long history of use in traditional herbal preparations.
Lavender Flowers
Fragrant, floral, and wonderfully calming. Lavender has traditionally been used to encourage relaxation and provide gentle digestive and emotional support.
